Unstable and poor performance

I find that this "iradio uk" has been unstable for weeks even though I updated it with $.99! It frequently and unexpectedly quits without telling me why! Or worse, it cannot launch at all!
I want my money back if it cannot be fixed!
My device is iphone5 with ios 7.1.1. Thks!
